Here is how to earn Points:

Refer a new guest to the salon……Earn 50 points

Leave a Review on Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor or Google……. Earn 20 points

Post a hair selfie, write about your experience, or check in at the salon on your Facebook page or Instagram.  Use the hashtag  #TheHairStudioCorralitos and tag @thehairstudiocorralitos…..Earn 20 points

Purchase full size products and tools $10 and up…… Earn 5 points, 10 points earned for full size Marula Oil products, 20 points for electric tools

50 points earns:
Free in salon Treatment (excluding the Olaplex stand alone treatment.) 
Free mini highlight (up to 5 foils) added on to a color service.

100 points earns:

Punctuality:

We strive to always be on time for our guests. If we are running significantly behind we will make every effort to contact you prior to you appointment time. The only way we can ensure our punctuality is if each guest in our salon arrives on time for their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may refuse service or alter services so that it doesn’t effect the rest of our scheduled appointments

 

Returns:

If you aren’t happy with a product purchased you may return within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are not accepted on empty or almost empty product. Tools can be returned within one week of purchase.

Cancellation:

We request at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If 24 hour notice is not given we can ask for payment of the missed appointment, and prior to your next appointment we may also require a non-refundable deposit of up to the full amount of the services booked. We do understand that life and emergencies happen, so we will use our discretion when enforcing this policy. All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments is tracked.

 

Re Dos:

We pride ourselves on doing a thorough consultation prior to each service to ensure 100% happiness. But we realize that sometimes once you get home you may find something you would like to adjust. We are happy to make those adjustments within ONE week of receiving the service. We cannot provide refunds on services.

 

Children:

Our salon is very family friendly. That being said we also want you to be able to relax during your appointment. Please use discretion when bringing your children if they do not have an appointment.

 

Community Support:

We love our community and are happy to support as often as we can and in any way we can. Please ask.

 

Referrals:

We want to meet all of your friends, and random people who compliment your hair on the street! For every two new clients you send to us, we will give you a complimentary haircut. There is no limit to how many complimentary haircuts you can receive, and we will track it all for you. (New Customer must receive a service worth $20 or more to qualify as a referral)
